By becoming a member of our site, registering to bid within an auction and and clicking below/electronically signing the Bidder Certification, Contract Terms and Conditions, you expressly and unconditionally agree and acknowledge to be fully bound to all terms you have read and if necessary have had the opportunity to review with counsel prior to placing any bids and we highly recommend that you review the auction process and all documents with counsel prior to bidding as this transaction is not subject to post attorney review.



The Seller and Auction Company shall not be liable for any technology issue that may arise or act of God and the Auction Companys determination shall take precedence in a matters.
I acknowledge that the auction company uses a dynamic closing process for the auction. Bids will count down from two-minutes to zero and reset in two-minute increments until bidding has concluded.
